Engine Quote Terms - (SUPPLY AND FITTING TERMS)
We first attempt to rebuild your engine which can save you up to £300 off the price quoted
if we are able to do so we will inform you of this and discount the total bill.
If we cannot rebuild your engine we will provide a replacement reconditioned bare engine, cylinder head and short block only, no ancillary parts.
We DO NOT apply a surcharge if your old engine is not serviceable; however we take your old engine in exchange.
All reconditioned Engines are fully rebuilt using best quality NEW internal components.
Here is a list of work we do to our reconditioned engine.
- Cylinder head is Pressure tested and skimmed
- Pistons and Connecting rods are inspected and replaced if required with new ones.
- Engine block is degreased cleaned cylinder bores polished/honed
- Head Gasket set new
- Crankshaft & Bearings new
- Exhaust & Inlet Valves with stem oil seals new
- Head Bolts and washers new
- Main Oil Seals / Gaskets new
- Oil Pump new
- Piston Rings new
- Timing Kit new
Please note our Engines are Supplied less ancillary parts, which means to transfer your outer ancillary parts to our reconditioned engine during fitting.

Work completion can take from 7 to 14 days.

RECOVERY TRANSPORT CAN BE ARRANGED (£1.05 per mile charge)
To confirm booking we require a £500 deposit by card or bank transfer - no cash and balance is payable on completion of work.
We keep a record of mileage on completion of work and after your first 2500 miles usage, you must change oil & filter and provide evidence of this oil service by email to validate our warranty, you can come back to us to do this oil service at £89 + VAT cost or you can do it locally and email us.
All prices quoted are subject to 20% VAT
We are always fair with our pricing, any cancellation after work has started you will be charged for hours spent on your vehicle (£60 p/hr)
Maximum 6 months Warranty is valid on commercial vans and Taxi cars.

Engine sold on exchange basis, we collect engine after 7 days from delivery date, if you fail to supply the old exchange engine warranty will be void.
Engine is supplied bare, when fitting your ancillary parts please use new gaskets to prevent coolant leaks, oil leaks and air leakage, ancillary leaks/faults are the responsibility of the fitter.
Oil and Coolant leaks from supplied main bare engine (cylinder head and block ) is covered within our warranty period, in such case we will assist to fix the leak.
Engine/Gearbox supplied must be serviced with correct lubrication set by manufacturer during fitting
After supply and fitting customer must carry out new oil service with us at 2500 miles then 6000 miles and 12000 miles to validate any long term engine guarantee offered.
Our maximum cover for new engine is 25,000 miles and reconditioned engines 12000 miles.
Timing belt kit is not provided with our reconditioned engine as diesel pump is not supplied with a bare engine and we cannot set the timing without your diesel pump.
A used engine if offered will have a timing belt kit and a diesel pump fitted, however it is your discretion to keep or replace the timing kit. If you decide to keep the same timing kit as supplied then warranty will not cover timing failures, we recommend you fit a new timing kit.
Any fault with goods supplied within warranty period must be reported immediately with supporting video or diagnostic test report to help us to resolve your claim, we will replace engine or refund you in full if a suitable replacement is not available but we must have goods back first as supplied, we can arrange return of goods at our cost.
Refund usually takes 3 to 5 working days from return of goods date
Customer service is important to our company growth, we always do our best to resolve any issue that you may have as quickly as possible. All we ask is that you give us the opportunity to put it right and deliver the car to our workshop.
We DO NOT accept any third party repair costs, sequential loss, and pay for car hire.
Any re-mapped / re-tuned engine will not be covered under warranty.
If any upgraded turbo is fitted warranty is invalid.
Any unforeseen issues regarding Fuel supply lines, Coolant pipes, Oil pipes and Water pipes, made of plastic or rubber materials are not covered under our warranty.
